According to Article 4 of Engineering Law and other legal obligations, the organization can use capacities of both public and private sectors and collaborate with Ministry of Housing to recognize, assess workforce of construction industry and issue skill certificates for them. Meanwhile TVTO plans to make a data center for workforce of construction industry to organize them. Annually more than 75000 architects and workforce are trained.
