These mobile units of apprenticeship are designed to compensate the lack of permanent centers in far-flung places without any centers where building the centers  entail heavy costs and is not worth heavy investments. Each of these mobile units, supported by the governmental institutes- consists of one or more instructors specialized in various trades, automobile equipments, tent, trailer and related training equipments.
     The mobile centers act in two branches:

1. Training the Villagers
     Rural training units are planned to fill the shortages in regions with remote permanent centers or with no permanent centers, because establishment of permanent centers require huge investment which is not economically justified in such areas, and provides skills training in rural areas. 


2. Training in The Urban Mobile Centers
