These trainings, generally considered as basic and specialized trainings, are usually considered in workshops and centers equipped with special tools and machinary which are installed in a fixed place.
     at the moment, East Azerbaijan General Office have 34 centers throughout the province. Annually a considerable number of people are trained in these centers.
